Developed by French doctor and researcher Alfred Tomatis®, the Tomatis® Method relies on advanced technology and the excellence of trained professionals. Helping Hand offers a home-based programme that makes Tomatis® available to people throughout the UK without the need to travel.

The ear is the most powerful sensory integrator of the human body. More than 80% of the stimulation our brain receives comes from our ear. It has a major role in cerebral stimulation and a positive action on the brain’s plasticity. This explains how the Tomatis® Method interacts across so many areas of development and wellbeing.

The Tomatis® Method is a complementary tool to most therapeutic or educational support. It can be used at any age and for personal development as well as to help with specific difficulties.
