When something is getting in the way of a child — or an adult — reaching their potential, we help find out what, and do something about it.
Helping Hand offers drug-free, evidence-based programmes — INPP reflex integration, Tomatis® auditory integration, and NeurOptimal® neurofeedback — individually designed for children, teenagers and adults.
Does this sound familiar?
You’ve tried the strategies. You’ve read the advice. But something still isn’t quite clicking — for you, or for your child.
If any of this sounds familiar, there may be a physical, developmental reason — and it’s often more straightforward to address than it feels right now.
Our three programmes
Every programme starts with an individual assessment. There’s no one-size-fits-all plan.
INPP Reflex Integration
A full diagnostic assessment and a daily home exercise programme, with reviews every 6–8 weeks. Typically 9–12 months.
Assessments & reviews in clinic (Leith, Biggar, Aberdeen) · discovery call, consultation & report reading online
Tomatis® Method
A structured listening programme using specialist headphones we provide, supporting attention, language and emotional regulation.
Home-based, throughout the UK
What families say
“The frequency and severity of the meltdowns began to settle within a fortnight… I would no longer consider her to meet the criteria for an ADHD diagnosis.”
“He is more settled and ready to get more from school — his teachers are finding him more willing to engage and join in.”
Helping Hand is led by an INPP Licentiate who also serves as National Principal for INPP in the UK, with clinics in Edinburgh, Biggar and Aberdeen. Every programme is individually assessed and tailored — there’s no one-size-fits-all plan.
All three clinics offer all three programmes.
